The very first week in the new decade finds Lee County, Florida facing new challenges and continuous growth possibilites if our Baby Boomers can discover a way to sell their Northern property and come on down to the Sunshine State. Confiring with local and out of Michigan auto dealers, I discovered the current market for leasing and selling cars is strong. More jobs nationwide were added in December than any other month in the past decade. Long term mortgage rates are still below 5%. December snow storms remind everyone affected that winter is best observed in Florida. Values are still available, deals can be discovered, friends can be made, and paradise will be found. Come on Down.
