Spent early years between east coast of Florida and Washington, D.C. area. Moved full time to southwest Florida in 1985 as a restaurateur at The Mad Hatter on Sanibel Island. Obtained my real estate license in 1991 and proceeded to specialize in the south Ft. Myers region. I have obtained the GRI, CRS, and e-PRO designations that less than eight percent of other real estate agents possess. I also have a mortgage brokers and title insurance license, so I am armed and helpful in the entire real estate experience from starting to sell or buy through closing the deal.

Two smart, savvy daughters , Jaclyn and Jordan, are inhabiting our  great planet and love to continually incorporate interfacing with me into an episode from Groucho Marx’s “You bet your Life”. My lovely, cool wife, Debbie, is always upbeat, positive, and makes everyone feel good vibrations when she makes her entrance. Passions range from politics to sports, literature to cooking, and education to understanding everyone.
