 Our southwest Florida real estate market has tremendous opportunity for purchasing at a price one will not see ever again. There are 2275 homes for sale. www.swflrealtors.com, in our local market with at least three bedrooms, two baths, and 1000+square footage of living area for $100,000 or less. The National Association of Realtors, www.nar.org, said last week that home prices rose more than normal from Feb. to March, with possible price stabilization on the horizon. The Associated Press, www.ap.org, reported that consumer confidence climbed in April to it's highest level since Nov 2008 was a surprise to many forecasters. Lots of choices, low interest rates, great weather and plenty of activites for people to enjoy spell Winner in Lee County.
